What this covers
Every fall we run our free tune-up program for Columbus-area homes, because a tuned heating system is a safe heating system — and because homeowners who meet us this way tend to call us when something genuinely needs fixing. A technician comes to your home at no charge, runs the full seasonal check on your furnace or boiler (combustion check, safety controls, filter, blower or circulator, thermostat calibration, carbon-monoxide screening), and leaves you a written condition report. You also get six months of free support: call the office any time with heating questions, filter sizes, thermostat programming — a human answers. If we find something that needs repair, you get a firm written price and there is never any obligation to proceed.
